What timoula does

timoula may search participating supermarket venues on Wolt, suggest a grocery basket, and open Wolt so you can review and complete an order.

timoula is a price-comparison and planning tool. It is not a grocery retailer, a delivery company, or a payment processor for Wolt orders.

Leaving timoula for Wolt

When you continue to Wolt from the timoula app, you leave the timoula environment and enter Wolt’s website or application.

From that point, you use Wolt under Wolt’s own terms, privacy policy, and checkout rules.

Orders, prices, payment, and delivery

Any order you place is a contract between you and Wolt and/or the supermarket venue, not with timoula.

Prices, fees, availability, substitutions, delivery times, and customer support for the order are set and handled by Wolt and the venue.

Wolt checkout may include a delivery fee and other fees. These are set by Wolt and shown before you pay. Amounts shown in timoula are grocery items only.

timoula does not collect payment for Wolt orders and does not control fulfilment or delivery.

Information may differ

Suggested items, prices, and availability shown in timoula may differ from what you see in Wolt at checkout.

Always check the basket, prices, address, and delivery details in Wolt before you pay.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the Wolt basket, confirming the store and delivery address, and completing or cancelling the order in Wolt.

timoula is not liable for orders, payments, delayed or failed deliveries, missing or substituted items, or other issues that arise in the Wolt environment.

Wolt’s own terms

Use of Wolt is subject to Wolt’s terms of service and privacy policy. timoula is not a party to your Wolt order.

Disconnecting Wolt

You can disconnect Wolt from timoula at any time in the app.

Disconnecting deletes the stored Wolt session, the saved delivery address, and the saved Wolt plans from timoula immediately. Connecting again starts from a new sign-in.

Changes

timoula may update these Wolt Terms when the feature or the service changes. The updated version will appear on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed.
