Service Overview

timoula provides price comparison information and product tracking features for supermarkets in Greece through the timoula website and mobile application for iOS and Android.

Service provider

timoula is a product and service of Hellenic Web3 Studio. The timoula website and app are provided by:

In these Terms, “timoula”, “we” and “us” refer to Hellenic Web3 Studio Limited Partnership.

Who can use timoula

You must be at least 15 years old to create a timoula account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions (timoula Pro)

timoula can be used for free. On the free plan some features may have usage limits, for example on the number of products in the watchlist, messages to the assistant, and photo scans. Any limits that apply are shown in the app.

timoula offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "timoula Pro", which unlocks additional features such as a larger watchlist (up to 200 products), more messages to the assistant, and more photo scans. The exact title, length, and price (including price per period) are shown in the app on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or, if your subscription starts with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription automatically renews for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not refunded except where required by applicable law.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices and Availability

Product prices, offers, and availability may change at any time. The information provided by timoula may not always reflect the most recent changes made by supermarkets or retailers.

Before making any purchase, users should verify the final price, availability, and product details directly with the respective supermarket or retailer.

timoula does not participate in and is not a party to any transaction between users and any supermarket or third-party retailer.

Acceptable Use

Users are expected to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

Misuse of the service is not permitted, including attempting unauthorized access, collecting data in excessive volumes, or interfering with the normal operation of the service.

Users must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use.

Profile photos and reporting content

If you add a profile photo, other timoula users may see it, for example on the weekly savers leaderboard. Only upload a photo you have the right to use. Do not upload images that are unlawful, offensive, or that belong to someone else.

To report a profile photo or any other content you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, email support@timoula.com with the name shown and why. We review reports and remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

Third-party services

The mobile application relies on third-party services to support certain features and functionality, including analytics, push notifications, authentication, error reporting, the assistant, and subscriptions. These services include Google Firebase, Sentry, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, OpenAI, and RevenueCat.

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics without the use of cookies.

These providers may collect technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Further information about how data is processed can be found in the timoula Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" basis and may not always be available or fully up to date. While timoula strives to keep information about prices, offers, and products accurate and current, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such information in all cases.

Wolt orders

The timoula app may help you plan a grocery basket and open Wolt so you can review and complete an order with a supermarket venue available on Wolt.

timoula is not Wolt, is not a party to any Wolt order, and does not control Wolt checkout, prices, payment, or delivery. When you continue into Wolt, you use Wolt under Wolt's own terms.

Changes to the Terms of Use

timoula may update these Terms of Use when necessary or as the service evolves. Any significant changes will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be updated.
