How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the timoula mobile app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile / Account, then tap “Delete account”.
  3. If your account uses a password, enter it when prompted and confirm the deletion request.
  4. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@timoula.com from your account email address for help with a deletion request.

What is deleted

When an account deletion is confirmed, timoula deletes the account and the personal data tied to that account, including account profile information, watchlist data, saved preferences, and related account records that are no longer needed to operate the service.

Active authenticated sessions are revoked as part of the deletion flow.

What may be retained temporarily

Some limited records may be retained temporarily when required by applicable law, to complete an outstanding payment or refund obligation, or to detect abuse and protect the service.

Security and request logs may be retained for up to 30 days when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse handling, or incident investigation.

Deletion timeline

Account data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
